Brand Manager

Skill Set:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Marketing and Business Planning: Develop initiative plans, marketing activation plans, promotional strategies with associated budgets, and action plans for identified opportunities.
  • Consumer Insights and Voice: Develop and communicate the target consumer profile. Understand the consumer and develop meaningful insights that can be translated into brand actions.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and track the market, competition and brand performance data for opportunities. Analyze the total market, brand share and competitor share in a clear and compelling way.
  • Marketing Communication: Communicate with artists and copywriters and manage their work. The ideal candidate should also have a good eye for packaging communication.
  • Channel and In-Store Marketing Support: Help Sales push this brand through appropriate channels. This will include preparing presentations about the brand and providing Sales with instore marketing materials.
  • Social/Influencer/Digital Marketing: Manage the digital communication effort for this brand. This would include organic social (Instagram/Facebook feeds) as well as foster and curate influencers.
  • Product Portfolio Optimization: Evaluate the portfolio for profitability and SKU rationalization. Oversee all product changes.
  • Pricing: Set pricing recommendations. Analyze and balance consumer value needs, competitive pricing and company profit goals.
  • New Product Development: Manage all aspects of new product development from conception through market introduction. R&D resources exist to help. Manage many new products all at varying stages of development and hit launch dates.

Skill Sets:

  • Manages product lines, including product pricing and fee structure to generate increased business volumes and maximize earnings; manages the activities of marketing, operations, production, and other staff support personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of assigned products. Coordinates multi-bank and multi-departmental cooperation and timely completion of assignments; identifies task and overall project management; and advises senior management.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles including product management, development, and positioning
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork; including the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple departments and affiliates in multiple countries
  • Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline intensive environment
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and research
  • Familiar with SQL concepts

Social Media Manager

Skill Set:

  • Develops social media strategy - Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc. Manage presence in social networking sites including Instagram, Facebook, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as need. Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution to drive awareness, trial and conversion.
  • Manage and lead brand activation event strategy and execution
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact programs and analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Regularly provide feedback/insights gained from teams, to help evolve brand strategies. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and application
